2 Jay Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to 2 Jay. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 2 Jay ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing 2jay.click, creating a player account, or using any service offered by 2 Jay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 2 Jay platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your own records.

To register and use the 2 Jay platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2 Jay does not permit minors to register accounts or participate in any game, bet, or financial transaction on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily. You must not be registering under duress or under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.
• You must not be a person previously excluded or banned from the 2 Jay platform, whether by your own self-exclusion request or as a result of a platform decision.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local laws.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. False registration details may result in immediate account termination without refund.

2 Jay reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functions until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the 2 Jay platform. Opening duplicate accounts – whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, or device – is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide a valid mobile number that you own and can access. This number will be used for account verification, password recovery, and important platform communications. Providing a number that belongs to another person is a violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 2 Jay will never ask you for your password via any support channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify us immediately at support@2jay.click.

You must keep your registered account details current. If your phone number or payment account changes, update your 2 Jay profile promptly to avoid disruption to withdrawal services.

All financial transactions on the 2 Jay platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2 Jay currently accepts the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) from all major Pakistani banks, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits must be funded from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. 2 Jay does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the registered account holder, it may be reversed and the associated gaming activity may be voided.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 2 Jay does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposited funds are available in your 2 Jay account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of payment network delays, funds may take up to 30 minutes to credit. If a deposit has not arrived after 30 minutes, contact our support team at support@2jay.click with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals from your 2 Jay account will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have not made any deposit, in which case verification of your preferred payment account will be required before the first withdrawal is approved.

Standard withdrawal processing times at 2 Jay are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete in under 30 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within 1 hour; bank IBFT transfers are typically received within 2–6 hours depending on interbank processing times; card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals, unusually large amounts, or where our security systems flag a transaction for review. 2 Jay is committed to completing verified withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delay.

• 2 Jay does not charge a fee on withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges that are outside our control.
• If a withdrawal is declined by your payment provider, 2 Jay will return the funds to your platform balance and notify you to update your payment details.
• Winnings from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

2 Jay may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other promotional incentives to players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time each offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits associated with bonus winnings.

General bonus rules that apply across all 2 Jay promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered through the platform in accordance with the stated wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal).
• One bonus may be active per account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all but one being cancelled.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Attempting to use bonus funds on excluded games may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Any withdrawal request made before a bonus wagering requirement is completed will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited from the account balance.
• 2 Jay reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already accepted it, your existing progress toward the wagering requirement will be honoured.

All games available on the 2 Jay platform – including Baccarat, Poker, Andar Bahar, Card Games, Fishing Games, and Esports Betting – operate according to published rules that are accessible within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet.

Random number generator (RNG) games at 2 Jay use certified software that produces outcomes independently of any prior result or external influence. RNG systems are periodically tested by independent third-party auditors to confirm they meet fairness standards. Live dealer games are operated by professional dealers and monitored by platform supervisors in real time.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session – including disconnections, server errors, or game software failure – 2 Jay will attempt to restore the game to its last verified state. If restoration is not possible, any unsettled bets will be returned to the player's account balance. 2 Jay is not liable for losses that result from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Esports Betting markets at 2 Jay are governed by the specific match rules applicable to each event. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or walkover, bets will be settled according to the rules communicated at the time of market opening.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2 Jay platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Collusion with other players to artificially influence game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the platform in any way not intended for normal human gameplay
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured markets to generate profit. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided
• Attempting to launder money or use the 2 Jay platform for any illegal financial activity
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the 2 Jay support team or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so violates local law while misrepresenting your location

2 Jay reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears suspicious. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily restricted. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, restrictions will be lifted promptly and any delayed withdrawals will be processed without further delay.

2 Jay may suspend or close a player account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the time period specified in a verification request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player
• Player request – you may close your own account at any time by contacting support@2jay.click

Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected policy violations, the balance may be held pending the outcome of any investigation. 2 Jay will communicate the outcome of investigations to the affected player as promptly as possible.

2 Jay is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on our platform. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive changes during a gaming session.
• Session Time Reminders: You can configure reminders that notify you after a set duration of continuous play, helping you stay aware of the time you're spending on the platform.

All content on the 2 Jay platform – including the logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, text, images, and software – is the intellectual property of 2 Jay or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from 2 Jay.

Your access to the 2 Jay platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to commercial use, systematic data extraction, or building competing products or services using any element of the 2 Jay platform.

2 Jay provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance periods and emergency technical work may result in temporary unavailability. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime wherever possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2 Jay shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults outside our control, loss caused by your failure to maintain account security, or loss resulting from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 2 Jay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2 Jay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify registered players via their registered contact details at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 2 Jay platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect by contacting our support team.
